Express Entry
Express Entry is a mechanism used by the Canadian government to handle permanent residency applicants for some economic immigration services to fill labor shortages.
It is a program that allows qualified immigrants “who are more likely to flourish economically” to come to Canada quickly. As compared to an existing system, the system is found to be more effective in terms of processing times, with 80 percent of applications completed in 6 months or less.
How does it work?
While you create your Express Entry profile, the system will check your eligibility based on information provided by you.
If you found eligible, you will be accepted into the pool of candidates.
A points-based scheme would be used to rate you in the Express Entry pool. Your score is determined by the information in your profile.
Candidates with the highest scores in the pool get invitation to apply. If you are invited to apply, you will have 90 days to file your permanent residency application.
At Vertical Immigration, our team works endlessly to make your dreams come true. Please contact us for further assistance.
The categories for which you can apply in Express Entry System are:
⇒ Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
⇒ Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
⇒ Federal Skilled Trades (FST)
